What an amazing day learning the cultures from the Roman period to present day – was picked up right on time and right in the perfect location to start our day. Our tour guide was the best in the tour excursions we did around Barcelona IVAN was amazing knew so much history and is so energized by sharing this. We started with several history lessons while driving out of the city and along the drive to Tarragona – stopping first at the Roman Aqueduct, a surprise but also a great way to kick the day off. Ivan’s shower is through all of the old city in Tarragona and the time spent in the Roman Circ was perfect! He was also very considerate of supporting our needs and asking for options of time we wanted to spend at each location.

This small group trip to Tarragona and Sitges was worth every penny. Ivan, our guide, was a treasure; we were so fortunate to get him. Hotel pick up and drop off were smooth, and the ride was comfortable and safe (the air conditioning was most welcome after a hot day in the sun). In addition, Ivan’s English was fantastic, and his knowledge for history, art, and architecture were threads that added richness and detail to facts. It was the perfect blend of historical site exploration and free time for enjoying the Mediterranean. Phenomenal trip. Thank you, Ivan!!!
